With in excess of 22 years of experience designing and manufacturing quality engineered products in conjunction with our customers, we are well placed to help you select the right product for your specific application. Our aim is never just to sell you something and then “walk away”, it is to establish a relationship with you that we can carry forward and give you the confidence to use us as the company you turn to for fast, reliable and informed information.
In most cases we can provide you with the information you require to make your purchase over the phone, by fax or via email, however if you or we feel that there would be a benefit in us meeting to discuss your needs at your facility then we will visit you at an agreed date and time. There is no onus or obligation on you to purchase anything.
We are proud of the quality products we produce at our manufacturing facilities located in the UK and France, and if it’s appropriate we will arrange for you to visit us so you can see the production process for yourself.
As of September 2010 we have entered into an agreement with FP Engineering for the manufacture of all our steel products, and we are at present obtaining approval for our products to meet South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) regulations and guidelines. This will ensure that our customers meet both international and local Standards which will enhance their ability to meet both ISO regulations and the international standards required by our clients in order to fulfil export orders of finished products.
